We produce over 10 different demulsifiers in 7 series (KXDR, KXDS, KXDT, KXDH, KXDF, KXDN and KXDI) to meet the demands of demulsification and dehydration of different crude oil.

The demulsifiers are mostly composed of polyester macromolecules synthesized from epoxyethane and epoxypropane. The demulsification and dehydration action is through rupturing the oil-water interfacial layer by the macromolecules. The products have excellent properties: the amount of additive needed is small (usually less than 100ppm); high dehydration rate (no less than 90%); the freed water is clean.

2. KXRD reverse phase demulsifier

    The product is a cationic macromolecular polymer whose action of demulsification and oil removal is through the rupturing of water-oil interfacial layer. The product is highly adaptable. It can yield fairly good result for waste water with either light oil or dense oil. The amount to use is small, usually lower than 30ppm; fairly thorough oil removal, removal rate ≥90%.

3. KXDD-1 scale inhibiting demulsifier

The product is a combination of scale inhibitor and demulsifier. In addition to the dehydration action, it can effectively suppress scaling on production, transport and treatment systems from oil/water mixture. The product is effective and adaptable.

4. KCJ-1 room temp. viscosity reducer for dense crude

The product is an emulsification type viscosity reducer, whose action is through the formation of oil-in-water emulsion in dense crude. At room temp., it can emulsify super-dense crude whose viscosity is at tens of PaS and up to tens times of its self-weight. The rate of viscosity reduction can be as high as 90%. The product is versatile. It can also be used as flocculation reducer and additives in jam fluid or well repair fluid.
