Special Purpose Vehicle Technical Service Co., a subsidiary of Kelamayii Xinkeao Chemical Industry (Group) Co. ltd, is a specialist vehicle provider for oilfields. We have 57 specialty vehicles and 103 other facilities, including 33 hot oil wax melting vehicle, 4 supplier vehicle for chemical protection, 2 oil collector vehicle, 35 oil/water tanker, 2 air pump vehicle, and 2 repair stations in Kelamayii. Currently the company provide vehicle service for Kelamayii oilfield, Shixi oilfield, Mabei oilfield and others.

Light Hydrocarbon Hot Oil Wax Melting Vehicle

　　The vehicle uses EQ1141G2 as the chassis. On top of it is a highly efficient boiler system newly developed by Beijing Huadexiang Sci. Tech. Co. LTD and No. 5 oil extraction factory of Xinjiang Oilfield Co.. It uses liquid light hydrocarbon as the fuel and the combustion process is automatically controlled, which gives rise the characteristics of safety, high efficiency, energy saving, environment protecting and highly controllable. The vehicle can operate normally between - 35℃ to 50℃ for thermal wax and jam removal for oil wells and pipelines.

Air Pump Vehicle

　　 This vehicle uses T-815 as the chassis. S-10/250 air compressor is the main unit. Max. discharge rate is 10cu.m/min., max. pressure at 25MPa. Used for dejamming in surface pipelines, and for high pressure experiments.

Hot Oil Wax Melting Vehicle

　The vehicle uses Dongfeng EQ1141G as chassis. The main unit is the LTK20 horizontal 3-piston liquid pump developed by Lanzhou Lantong Machinery Factory. Max. liquid output is 20cu.m/hour, and temp. at the outlet is 120℃. This vehicle is a capable unit for outdoor operation, and is widely used for dewaxing and dejamming for oil wells and pipelines.

Oil Collection Vehicle

　　 This vehicle uses Dongfeng EQ140 as the chassis. The main unit is the BQB250 semispheric rotary pump developed by Xinjiang Institute of Petroleum. The pump is reliable. The max. output is at 48cu.m/hr; suction lift at 6m; vertical lift at 40m; widely used for the collection of crude accumulated on the surface during oilfield operation.
